These Terms & Conditions govern the professional relationship between TechX Solutions (“Company”), its clients, employees, consultants, and other associated parties.

Section 2•

Client Terms

Project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be as mutually agreed upon in writing.
Any work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Delays caused by the client, including delayed approvals, content, information, or access, may affect project timelines.
All client information and business data shared with TechX Solutions will be treated as confidential.
Ownership and transfer of project deliverables will be subject to the agreed commercial and payment terms.

Section 3•

Employee Terms

Employees are expected to follow Company policies, maintain professional conduct, and protect Company and client information.
Confidential information, source code, credentials, documents, business data, and intellectual property must not be disclosed or misused.
Employees must comply with assigned responsibilities, working requirements, and applicable Company policies.
The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of misconduct, policy violations, confidentiality breaches, or unsatisfactory performance, subject to applicable law.

Section 4•

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All confidential information, software, designs, documents, processes, credentials, and business information received or created during the professional relationship must be protected and used only for authorized purposes.

Intellectual-property ownership will be governed by the applicable client agreement, employment agreement, or other written agreement.

Section 5•

Changes & Termination

The Company may update its policies and terms from time to time.

Project or employment termination will be governed by the applicable agreement and applicable law.
